General terms and conditions of sale – Ty Vag

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Ty
Vag, importer of Dockmate mooring remotes (hereinafter “the Seller”), and its professional nautical
clients as well as private customers (hereinafter “the Client”).

2. Orders

Any order placed with Ty Vag implies the Client’s full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
The order is considered final after written confirmation by the Seller and payment of the order.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

• Product prices are expressed in euros, excluding taxes (excl. VAT) and including all taxes (incl.
  VAT).
• Payment may be made by bank transfer, credit card, or any other agreed method.
• Equipment must be paid in full (100%) prior to shipment. Any remaining balance relating to labor or
  on-site configuration is due no later than the day of installation.
• In the event of late payment, penalties of 10% per month of the total incl. VAT will be applied.

4. Delivery

• Delivery is made to the address provided by the Client at the time of order.
• Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on stock
  availability and manufacturer lead times.
• The risks related to the products are transferred to the Client once handed over to the carrier.

5. Acceptance and Claims

• The Client must check the condition of the products upon receipt.
• In case of anomaly (damaged or non-compliant product), the Client has 48 hours to notify the Seller in
  writing and provide supporting evidence (photos, etc.).

6. Warranty and After-Sales Service

• Products are covered by the Dockmate manufacturer’s warranty, under the conditions supplied with
  the product, i.e., 3 years.
• Any intervention outside the warranty period will be subject to a prior quotation.

7. Right of Withdrawal (for private customers only)

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, private Clients have a period of 14
days from the signature of the quotation to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product at
their own expense, provided it is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

8. Liability

Ty Vag cannot be held liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the products sold.

9. Retention of Title

The Seller retains ownership of the products until full payment of the price by the Client.

10. Disputes and Governing Law

These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those
within the jurisdiction of Rennes.
