Controlling Your Boat with a Remote Control
Dockmate has developed wireless remote control systems for boats. Its technology allows for controlling maneuvers from any point on the boat. Its 50-meter range makes it easily adaptable to boats from 7 to over 50 meters. It adapts to all engine architectures, whether single or multiple. A receiver, installed behind the dashboard, centralizes wired connections with engines and thrusters. It then communicates wirelessly with a remote control.
Different Levels of Control for Different Boats
Dockmate offers 3 levels of service, to adapt to all boat configurations.
- The Dockmate RED is compatible with simple analog systems and operates in on/off mode
- The Dockmate, SINGLE or TWIN, also in on/off mode, for analog or non-analog installations, offers numerous additional functions
- The Dockmate TWIST or VECTOR adds the possibility of proportional control of engine power.
Advanced and Intuitive Features
Dockmate does not merely duplicate engine, bow, and stern thruster controls. To simplify the boater’s life, it also adds various functions, such as Engine Trick, a joystick for moving the boat sideways, or Soft Docking, which regulates the power requested from powerful engines, limiting jolts.
Based on a patented and secure wireless protocol, the Dockmate remote control is easily configured according to the boat’s setup.
